Just after receiving the new TV, I noticed that some places where clearly brighter than some others. So I contacted the customer support who were really helpful and sent a technician to have a look at it.

This technician basically kept telling me that it was "normal" and that Samsung is aware of this issue and that every modern TVs have this "dirty screen effect". He repeated it so many times that it felt like a brainwash attempt.

He went as far as to try to make me sign a piece of paper stating that there was no problem with the TV.... What do you think?? Is this normal for a 1,100+ USD brand new TV....

 I think it is unacceptable!
