Art Mode Adding photo issue

I have a Samsung Frame TV. Also, SmartThings app. I can NOT upload photos a on my collection. Every time that I try to select the photo that I want the app closes immediately.

Make sure all upto date? Tv/app/phone? You can upload via a USB that's what I did.
