apps not available

Hi everyone, 

I recently bought a GU50TU8079 in Germany. 

I want to install Greek apps but although the TV is in the compatibility list, the apps that I need do not appear in the store. The app developers also clearly say that the apps are compatible with the TV.

Unfortunately, I am also not able to change the country to Greece; only Austria, Germany and Switzerland appear in the countries' list when I set up the device.

Can anyone help? Either helping to indicate Greece as a country or, preferably, helping in installing apps that do not appear in the store, from an alternative location.

Hi @DinosC  The Tv apps tend to be region limited.  see this guide and previous thread  to change region https://support.streamlocator.com/article/126-how-to-change-your-q-r-ru-n-series-samsung-smart-tv-co...   https://eu.community.samsung.com/t5/tv/change-region-for-samsung-ue55ks7090/td-p/1342071       However I am aware that customers in the past have had mixed results in trying to sort this issue.

Hi James4578,

Thank you for the help. Unfortunately the tip didn't work. To start my remote control is the new "smart" Samsung control and does not even has a mute button. I tried using a conventional one but, as said, it did not worked out.

I am seriously thinking of returning back the TV and get a Sony instead, working with Android. There I can download and install the respective apk files.
