Apps cannot be installed

I cannot install any new application, I’m using the version 2501, has anyone faced the same problem? I can only use the pre-installed apps.

It's a T.V not a phone he's referring too.

I have the same problem on the same version.

Did you find a way to fix this issue?

I previously did install apps but now when pressing install the button changes to "cancel" as usual and after a while the button is showing back "install".
