Ambient mode not displaying news

Model owned: QE43Q60RATXXC - SAMSUNG 43" 4K/UHD LED TV

Using ambient mode with the decor Palette - Samsung x Ronan & Erwan Bouroullec theme.
It says it can display news, but just say loading. In the features it says some countries it might not work, but I can't find a list of which.
I have tried to change the geolocation on the SmartThings app to big cities like New York, London, Berlin,  Paris, still no news displayed and it seems like the theme keeps the geolocation of the router, since the weather channels still displays weather from my location (Copenhagen).

   

What can i do you fix this?

Bonus question:
The Info theme available i cant change backgrounds, if gives me this error when trying to switch on SmartThings app.

it is super weird that this feature just seems 100% abandoned by Samsung 😕

Keep in mind it does state that it may not work in certain countries. Has anyone attempted to reach out to Samsung directly to inquire as to whether or not their country is affected by this?
