I have noticed that on patch 1385(tv model: ru8000) the gamma curve(st.2084) when set to 0 its actually -1 and 1 is actually 0 (the default). At first I thought they had improved the tone mapping because the image seemed more contrasty until I encountered a title that was too dark and colors were off.
Youtube's post processing making it hard to see but there's a significant loss of detail.. im pretty positive that 1 is actually 0. I dont know if its intentional or just a messed up firmware thing.
Can anyone shed some light on that matter?
Edit: I've added more videos for demonstration, notice the sharp edges, and the noticeable offset that creates.
Please, can a Samsung official forward it to the development team?
