How can you leave the android 14 beta program and get back to android 13 one ui

Any tips how I can fix it

You can leave the program by clicking on the settings cog (to right of splash screen) and then click on the one ui beta status and then withdraw. That should then get you back to Android 13

You do the above but then have to reinstall your phone to android 13 using snartswitch. Have to flash back to android 13
