Bluriness comes from lack of stability and motion. You should always set a short countdown to ensure sharpness especially when using telephoto. Or indeed a mini tripod of sorts.

Moisture build-up on smartphone camera lenses can be quite frustrating, indeed. One quick fix is to place your phone in a bag of uncooked rice or silica gel packets overnight to absorb the moisture. Additionally, consider using a lens wipe or microfiber cloth to gently wipe away any condensation. Thanks for bringing up this common issue and sharing tips on how to address it!
