Could you provide me with the full Model Code of the TV?
It's written on the sticker on the back of the TV and must end on XXN.
Do you have this problem with other devices?
Could you do a few things for me?

the full model is UE55NU7440SXXN. I have tried reset the wifi, reset the router, even factory defaul of tv, none of the approaches work.
Cable is not the option since router is at the entrance of the room in the cabinet.
Now the TV even cannot connect to the router which is quite frustrated.
All my other devices work perfectly like ipad, phone and samsung NOTE 9 smart phone.
Please help and hope someone could look into it and I am doubting it could be the issue of hardware defect.

That's a bummer that it is still not working!
Did you try to put your TV without power for a while?
The latest software version is 1153.3.
Check at Instellingen->Ondersteuning->Over deze TV.
Did you try to connect on 2.4 Ghz en 5 Ghz? Try both.
If none of this is going to work, there must be a hardware failure (WiFi module).
You've tried everything now to make it work. Can't think of anything else 🤷♂️.
I think this is going to be a warranty matter. Please contact your supplier about this problem..
