Hi,
I've got an issue projecting my laptop's screen wirelessly onto the aforementioned smart TV - it used to work perfectly but after updating the TV, I keep getting this error message ""was unable to connect. Try using your mobile device to connect instead" which is infuriating because that is NOT what I'm trying to do and there shouldn't be any reason why my laptop can't connect when it worked initially!
I found a million conversations online with the same issue with no official response from Samsung on how to tackle this.
+ Samsung removed the smartthings app from windows store which doesn't help either.
This functionality was the main reason I even bought this TV in the first place so please help me fix the situation

Hello Martijn,
I've done this just now: reset my network settings on the TV and manually re-entered the WiFi password but still got the same result - and yes I've updated my laptop with the latest Windows and drivers updates.

Thank you for your response and feedback. Do you have the possibility to try this at a different laptop? And do you have this issue also when your try this with a hotspot of your mobile phone?
If this doesn't resolve we can also make an appointment for remote access.
