Hi , in the settings of my samsung tv, QE55Q7FAM, many settings are in grey and can not be changed. anyone a solution for this?

I think this is the Samsung QE55Q7F (2018) - QLED (Model Code:QE55Q7FNALXXN)

If some items are greyed out there are three things you can try:

1. Put the source on Live TV
2. Reset the tv
3. Pull the power plug out of the socket for a while

I think the last one will work. If not then try first 1 and then 2

This is the route you have to follow.

Can you check the software at Instellingen->Ondersteuning->Over deze tv or Menu >Ondersteuning >Contact opnemen met Samsung. Last version is the 1134.0
