Hi,
I have been an owner of the QE75Q950R for a year. I have been experiencing problems with the local dimming feature, especially when it comes to dark scenes and watching football games. I have check all the tv settings, modes, etc., but unfortunately, the problem is still there. Please see the videos below.
I contacted Samsung and they sent a technician to check the TV. To my surprise, the technician does not find anything wrong with the TV and assures me that is completely normal. Well... in my opinion, this should not be happening on a pricey TV like this.
Is there anybody else experiencing this? I hope that someone could help with this.

Is your TV up-to-date? Version 1372.2 is the most recent firmware version for your TV.

Yes, it is updated to the latest firmware.

All video's have to be manually approved in order for it to show on the Community. Did you try an Remote Management session already?
