What I’ve Tried:

1. Factory Reset: I performed a full factory reset on the TV to ensure all previous settings are cleared, but the Service Menu still remains inaccessible.

2. Removing Samsung Account & Disabling Syncing: I’ve removed my Samsung account and disabled syncing, hoping that might reset or clear the settings, but the problem persists.

3. Button Combinations: I’ve followed multiple instructions to access the Service Menu by pressing and holding specific button combinations on the remote and TV (e.g., Mute + 1-8-2-Power, Back + Power, etc.), but the menu does not appear.

4. SmartThings App: I’ve also tried using the Samsung SmartThings app to control the TV and reset settings, but the app does not offer an option to access the Service Menu.

5. Network Reset: I’ve attempted to reset the TV’s network settings but it hasn’t resolved the issue.

 

Current Situation:

 

Despite following the above steps, I am still unable to access the Service Menu on my Samsung TV. I understand that this menu is intended for advanced settings and troubleshooting, but I am unsure if there’s another step I might have missed or if the issue could be related to my TV model or firmware.

Since this is not a Samsung issue, I cannot help you with this.

Het Service Menu is bedoeld voor monteurs. Ik ga je daar geen support op verlenen.
Wat is precies het probleem met deze televisie? Onduidelijk..

My television is linked to network settings stored by Telenet, which I am unable to modify or remove.

A friend who has access to the Telenet account is controlling the network settings and screening my TV without my permission.

Despite my efforts, I have been unable to stop the synchronization of these settings or regain full control over my device
