Using Samsung Flow

Hi, is anyone using Samsung Flow with their Tablet S9 plus. I can set up and use my Z fold 4 and Tab S9+ with no problem, works first time connecting with no issues. I can use my Z fold 4 with my windows 11 laptop, with no problem. Again connects first time. However my Tab S9+ will not work with my Laptop, it just won't connect. I've tried everything, all the usual fixes. The only thing I have found which is strange is that my tablet won't connect to my Laptop with Bluetooth either. My Z Fold 4 will but not my tablet. I know Samsung Flow is not dependent on Bluetooth, but as I say I'm trying everything. 

I'm running out of ideas and just wondered if anyone has similar issues and can see thet I'm missing something. Cheers
