UI 6.1.1 not finalising

My tablet updated this evening. However I mammoth use it. When I turn it on. It says galaxy UI 6.1.1.1. My only option is to click explore. Then it lists the new features.

Then I click next, but it doesn't go next. It flashes to the next page then immediately back. I have done a force reset 8 times. But that doesn't fix anything.

Has anyone else experienced problems.

I have the same problem. And I tried everything safe reboot, restarting, power off, clean cash. still nothing

after messing around with my tab s8+
i solved the problem. so the first step is to try and disconnect the wifi from the router so the tab won't be able to connect to the internet. reboot the device normally while keeping the router turned off. then when the device is back on everything will work normally. and you will be able to skip the update screen. but remember the wifi should be off.
