Hi. Maybe by posting here somebody from Samsung will contact me after nearly 4 months...Tablet was bought 27.12.2018, after 6 months stopped working. Contacted Samsung and was told to leave it with Carphone Warehouse...done that on 28.08.2019.....today is 19.12.2019 and my tablet is with Carphone Warehouse still as they can't fix it apparently. I was told to collect my tablet now and basically start from scratch....what has been done for over 4 months?? nothing....made 17 separate contacts with both Samsung and Carphone Warehouse but every party involved blames someone else but them...any help here?
