Problem: i cannot find how to allow browsers eg. Brave,Firefox, edge, Samsung Internet Browser to access my files other than camera and photos+Videos. I cannot attach files (eg a pdf from download folder when using the browser in a portal with specific companies or Gmail.) What to do please? 

1. I sent them Screenshots: security and privacy tab in settings: my file access has no option to add "Brave"or any other browser applications. They're simply not listed. There's only a way to toggle on or off to the listed applications. Does that make sense? 

2. Screenshot: apps tab in settings: for Brave or any browser: already clicked right top corner to show all permissions: no option to add "my file " access - what to do please? Thank you very much.

Thank you- when I click to attach, a 'pop up ' appears on the bottom of screen to choose 'photos and videos ' or 'camera '. If I choose 'photos and videos ' with the intention to browse folders and choose a pdf from 'download ' folder, no pdfs or any file other than. Jpgs or video files are visible to selectforattachment.
