I need help please, how can I resize the screen on my tablet, I have just a narrowstrip in the middle of the screen and blanks on either side

Try visiting ⚙️ Settings - Display.
Are you able to move anything into the blank areas or will the Tablet respond to touch in the blank areas?

Could the screen be damaged?
