Print screen doesn't work. I've tried to push Power and Volume Down simultaneously (which worked perfect on my Tab S5e) and I've tried swiping with my hand. Nothing happens. Did I miss a setting?

Did you try holding the power and volume - for a slightly shorter amount of time?
