Hi @Members_9H7jfo6,
Please make sure to reset the network settings and follow these steps to connect your XBOX Controller;
A standard Xbox Bluetooth controller can be connected to your phone as well! Just start by turning on your controller and syncing it to your phone.
-
Swipe down from the top of your phone’s screen to open the Quick settings panel, and then tap the Bluetooth icon to turn it on.
-
Turn on your controller by pressing the Xbox button in the center.
-
Press and hold the Bind button (located on the top of the controller) for 3 seconds and then release it.
-
The controller should appear on your phone's Bluetooth settings page. If it doesn't, tap Scan.
-
When it appears, select your controller from the list of available devices.
Go to Settings> General Management> Reset and choose the Reset Network Settings option.
Let up! After resetting you have to connect to the network again, so make sure you leave the password of your WiFi connection.
