Hey everyone. I have bought my tab s6 lite 2022 for note taking at launch about a year and a half ago, and at first it should have recieved the OneUi 6 update by november, at least it is still stated to recieve it in november in the members app, but now I'm reading articles that it may not recieve it EVER ??? I bought this tablet because of samsungs promise for 4years of updates, so I counted on it recieving up to android 16, not starting at 12 and ending on 13 ? I think this is even an illegal move, because if I'm not mistaken you have to provide updates for at least 2 years, like warranty here in the EU. If I don't recieve any updates, I will just sell the tablet and buy an ipad, becauss this is just rude and greedy of Samsung to promise something and then not keep that promise. I wanted to buy the S24 when it comes out, but now I'm worried that samsung will one day just stop the updates on that, so I will go the Pixel way again. Samsung is defenetly not to be trusted, and I have no idea how they plan to increase their marketshare with greedy things likr that. If they at least said at launch that this is the only device the 4years of updates policy does not apply to, I would have been fine, bur no... THERE WAS NOTHING THAT WARNED US (ME) OF THIS
