Storage-problem

Hello, I have a Tab A8 Model SM-X205 with 32GB where I have storageproblem.

The apps I have installed takes approx 12GB, but I can't update anymore due to it says "there is not enough space for updating". 

So appearantly there are quite many hidden items taking up space, how do I get rid of them?

Still no answer  with a possible solution. Perhaps the Samsung Support Community isn't allowed to inform how to delete Samsung preinstalled apps?  Or how should I interpretate this silence?

First of all, you bought a device with 32GB of storage, what did you expect? Secondly, no one here is under obligation to answer
