Software update issue

I'm told by the system settings that my tablet has a Samsung software update, but when I try to do the update, I'm told my software is up to date. 

The Google software is up to date as this is 1st January 2025
My last samsung software update for my tablet is 1st August 2024

I've completed a Clear Cache Partition, but this didn't solve the issue
I've recently factory reset my tablet, and this didn't solve the issue either

Please help as I don't know what else to try
I have included some screenshots to help explain my issue

I've sent feedback to Samsung via the Diagnostics pages and reported the issue.

I'm just wondering if anyone else has experienced this issue and has a solution?

See if putting the Tablet in Safe Mode helps.

If that does not help then try Samsung Smartswitch via a computer.

I've tried safe mode and this didn't help

I've connected to my laptop using smart switch and this tells me the latest software is loaded. Therefore the issue might be, the software is telling me that there is an update, but in fact there isn't one.
My latest software ends in XH1 August 1st 2024
