I purchased a SM-T560 for my daughter, however she can't play her Roblox game due to the software. It currently has 4.4.4, but it needs to support 5.0. Can this tablet get 5.0? I'be been searching for software updates, but it says 'device is up to date'

Unfortunately, 4.4.4 was the last firmware for that device 😕

The tablet is becoming 6 years old since its launch. It won't get any update anymore, so just buy a new Tab.

The SM-T560 can't go past Andriod 4.4.4, You'll need to buy a newer tablet to play.
