Hello fellow Samsung Members,
I've encountered a persistent issue with my Galaxy Tab S8 regarding the Gboard functionality within the Dex system. My positive experience with the Galaxy Tab S4, thanks to its seamless Gboard integration in Dex, led me to expect the same from the Tab S8. Unfortunately, this was not the case.
Despite efforts and assistance from the support team, this compatibility issue remained unresolved, leading me to return the device. I had hoped this matter would be addressed in time for the release of the Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra, as I am considering this future purchase.
I'm reaching out to this community for two reasons: to see if anyone else has experienced similar issues and to gather any advice on whether the Gboard-Dex compatibility has been improved in the Tab S9 Ultra.
Any insights, experiences shared or solutions would be greatly appreciated. Your feedback will significantly influence my decision to invest in future Samsung products.
