Hi does anyone know how to claim the 6 months free Disney Plus when purchasing the Tab S9? I’ve already brought the tablet but not sure how to claim.

The issue is, as @StargazerUK suggested, that there is something not set up correctly on the backend. Funnily enough there are posts all over these forums from last year with people having the same issue with the S8.
When selecting my Galaxy Tab S9, it fires a device validation API call which returns the following:
{"valid":false,"message":"IMEI not found"}
Well, of course there's no IMEI, it's a WiFi only tablet! 🙄 Pretty sure this is a mistake - there's nothing in the T&Cs about only tablets with SIMs being valid.
Spoke to support and they just pushed me towards having a remote management session on the device, which I'm sure will have absolutely no effect.
Pinging @AntS - I guess this needs escalating with some technical team at Samsung.
Edit: I should add, I fully appreciate that this is a bonus for buying the tablet, and I am otherwise very happy with my purchase. It would be nice to have, but it wasn't a deciding factor in whether I bought it or not.

I tried this but had the following error message “it appears that you are not eligible for this offer”

Hasn’t worked for me either, I’m getting “it appears that you are not eligible for this offer”

Hi, I clicked on the QR code and selected the Disney Plus boost, however I’m getting the following message: “it appears you are not eligible for this offer”

That’s exactly what I’m getting, I select the Tab S9 and it says you are not eligible for this offer
