Hi my daughter has a Samsung tab A. For some reason it's not letting her log in, its saying her 4 digit password is wrong, when it's been the same one she has used since we bought her the tab a month ago. There is no other options to log in. We enter her password and it just times us out for 30 seconds? Anyone know how to sort this out please?

I'm sure the only way to bypass the unlock code is to factory reset your tablet, you will loose all your data though.
1. Power off your device.
2. Boot in recovery mode by pressing and holding Volume Up, Power Button and Home Button at the same time.
3. Release all buttons when the Samsung Galaxy Tab A screen flickers and in a few seconds the Recovery screen will appear.
A menu will appear use the volume up/down buttons to navigate to Factory Reset option and press the power button to accept, select OK/YES from the menu the proceeds to Factory Reset your tablet.
