@ApocalypseRogue7122 Where did you purchase the device? Software support was withdrawn from both Hudl 1 and Hudl 2.https://www.theguardian.com/money/2019/mar/25/tesco-hudl-tablet-support-kill-fix The tablet was launched by Tesco and manufactured by Wistron https://www.wistron.com/en/AboutWistron As far as I am aware it was discontinued.

As mentioned before Samsung have nothing to do with Hudl. Generally I would be wary of buying from Facebook Marketplace. Seems to be a mixure of Android and Apple there. Android Devices would use Google Play store .The final release of Android Jellybean was in 2013.
Would get in touch with seller, may not be receptive mind you.

Hi @ApocalypseRogue7122 ,
Just confirming what Robin999 and JAMES4578 have said: The Hudl definitely isn't a Samsung product; and the issues you're having with it probably come from the software on it being outdated. (Assuming, of course, that it is actually an official Hudl and not some dodgy knock-off. Can't say that your man on Facebook comes across as all that reliable...)
