I am able to access Sky Yahoo email account on mobile phone, but when I attempt on Samsung tablet I'm locked out. When I try and use phone number to contact Yahoo the automated system declines the number.
Can you delete the yahoo account from your tablet and set it up again from scratch? Beware of any 2 part authentication features you may of set up. It could be that you need to verify on your other devices before you can gain full access on your tablet.
So to confirm, you are not getting anything popping up to ask you to confirm your 2 step verification? For example I can get an email or text sent to me to type into a verify code box. Or depending on the device sometimes it will have a pop up on another device that has it working (your phone) to confirm I'm trying to login to another device. It's also worth switching off any vpn you might be using until setup because a device or app sees it as suspicious and blocks it thinking someone in another country is trying to hack your account.
