Multiple users: Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 WiFi

I'm having an issue with the Multiple Users, without logging into the Administrator User I am unable to select the other User from the lock screen. However, once I have logged into the Administrator User account, I can then select other User Accounts to enable log in to the other account.

Both Administrator and User Accounts are locked with security features, but the non-Administrator account requires the Administrator User to log in first. This defeats the purpose of having multiple users on one tablet as we're not always both in the house at the same time.

thank-you for sharing that you are also having the same issue. I haven't solved it yet but I'm hopeful of the upcoming Android 11 update will resolve it.

Unfortunately it is still a problem 😔
You can have multiple accounts on the tablet but you still need the owner/Administrator to be logged in first. Which isn't very family share friendly.
The S7 is however an amazing tablet and I would still recommend.
