Hi,
I am new to this community and wanted to know if anyone else is experiencing problems with third party apps since the latest One UI update, version 6.1.1?
I have a Galaxy Tab S9 FE +, model number SM-X610 which I have had only since August 2024 and had no problems with until now.
I have a game called Injustice 2 which was working perfectly fine, but now when I try to load up the game, it even gets to 100%, it then shuts down...
I have spoken to Samsung Live Chat and ran through all manner of troubleshooting, including uninstalling the app, clearing the cache shutting down the tablet, reset app preferences etc etc but still no change.
The person I spoke to said I should contact a Software Developer for the 6.1.1 update but I haven't been able to find out how to do that so thought I would try here...
I have other games which work fine since the update and when I spoke to the app team for Injustice 2 they aren't sure what the issue is either as I have a Samsung Tab S5 which runs the game fine, they say it's not a problem with my game account.
If anyone can help would be most appreciated as it's very irritating!
Thanks
Pascale

To wipe the cache partition on a Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 FE, you can do the following:
Plug into a PC or tv console USB.
Ensure the device is turned off and has at least 25% battery
Press and hold the Side key and the Volume up button until the device enters Reboot Mode
Use the Volume down button to select Wipe cache partition
Press the Side key
Use the Volume down button to select Yes
Press the Side key
The device will automatically reboot and reset
You can also download Good guardians from the galaxy store and run app booster.

If you've followed the customary excellent advice from @Fiona26 above and it hasn't been able to resolve your issue, then it will almost certainly be an app issue.
Many apps need to be updated when a new OS is released. Some update before, some quickly after and some don't update at all.
