I cannot install an akp file of an app shown as incompatible with my device a Tab A 10.1 in google play store?
The app is from a known source and installls and works ok on other Android devices i.e. a Sony Xperia with Android 8. It has been installed thousands of times.
The developer is puzzled as he says it is proven to work on Android 9. He sent me the akp file version separately to try but no luck. I know to change the security setting for unknown apps and also tried side loading into the Tablet Files Manager but still the file will not install. Does anyone have an ideas why this app should be a none starter?
