I am trying to book an appointment online for my new tab to be repaired but nothing is happening. Is samsung not taking appointment for instore repair if so please say do update your website rather than people waiting

Is your local Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre open @ta86 

If so ams it's local enough you should be able to pop in.

Samsung also offer a doorstep repair service in some regions.

I'm wondering if clearing your browsing history,  cache and cookies and or try another browser or device may help @ta86 

I've just used this link https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/repair/ and it's letting me book a repair. At what stage in the Booking process is it sticking ?

 

Edit.

When on the Book a Slot page its saying No Slots so maybe it's due to the time of year or some Covid-19 rules are in place !
