HDMI DEX output limited to 1080p

Hi, when using my Samsung galaxy tab S8 ultra, the HDMI output will only offer 1080p, whereas on my galaxy s23 ultra, it will display upto to 4k using the same cable. Is there a fix or a way to have my S8 ultra output 4k?

Use the good lock app and multistar and enable high resolution for external display.
