My Tab S10 Ultra with Samsung keyboard cover works fine. With a Samsung bluetooth mouse it also works perfectly. After pairing the mouse, a cursor is shown and it works perfectly in Dex mode.

After some time i reconnect the mouse by turning it on. The mouse connects to bluetooth and then no cursor appears and the mouse does not function. The keyboard covers works as expected then.

Unpairing the mouse and pairing it agian solves the problem. It was not like this beforem it's after the last android/ui update.

I tried to link products, but an Tab S10 or mouse cannot be found.

Hallo @Jan-Volkert,

Thank you about your feedback about this, we appreciate it. Is the issue still rpesent after restarting your TabS10? If yes, we recommend deleting the cache memory through the recovery menu. For this turn of your Tab, press and hold the Volume Up and Power button until you see the Android logo. After a few seconds you will enter the recovery menu. Select 'Wipe cache partition' and afterward 'Reboot systeem now'. Feel free to let us know it it worked.

With kind regards,

Ajay

I couldn't get it into the menu. Customer Service in Breda figured that out: the tablet had to be connected by usb or something.

They resetted the partition, but it didn't help. Their conclusion: the mouse is not compatible any more after the latest tablet update. So they couldn't help me and told me to go back to the shop I bought the mouse. That was 3m further on the same floor at the Samsung Experience Center so that was easy.

Sales was clear. They can't help me. They are sorry the mouse doesn't work, but it's two months old so no solution from them. Don't understand that, but that's the Samsung policy as they say. He called several people and they all said this is what it is.

So... What's next? Accept that the Samsung mouse they advised me to buy two months ago does not work with the flagship tablet and buy one from Logitech? Try with another similar device after buying one as they don't want to open a package themselves?

The device is broken or the drivers on the tablet are malfunctioning. Either way it's up to Samsung to fix it or to take the mouse back. It's that simple.

Took me more than an hour of my life and a trip to the Service Center.
