Hi, looking for some help with a galaxy tab a8. Registered it using my details, but then changed it to my sons details as he would be the primary user of it.
I’ve now tried to remove the additional user but it won’t allow me and says contact IT admin. Also tried to reset to factory settings and get the same message.
Is it because I have now registered the device for a child and it’s blocking those settings?
I’ve done lots of googling and YouTubing but I cannot find the answer!
