Galaxy Tab A (2016) yellow triangle with exclamation mark

Tablet very slow to charge and , reaches about 85% then a yellow triangle with exclamation appears. Anyone had a similar problem.

yep replace lead i just got a cheap one from local shop no probs since then 👍
