Format apps when open apps

Every app I open has to be enlarged with an arrow (left under to right up) In the past they opened in a normal size. How to go back to the old situation?

Hallo @Kick1954,

Thank you for your message. Can you go to Settings, tap Display, and then tap Full screen apps? 

If that doesn't work you van try to disable Smart Rotate.
