I have purchased a new tablet S8, in a Media Markt Shop in Poland. The tablet was randomly switching off. I went to Media Markt the next day after purchasing to claim for a new one. They refused and took it to samsung service. 12 days after taking the tablet I have received an email from Media markt stating that they dont accept my claim and that the repaired tablet is waiting for me to pick it up.
Is so strange that I dont want to accept a repaired one?
Its frustraiting, if you could help it will be more than welcome.
