Dual frequency not working on S20 FE 5G

Hello, new S20 FE 5G purchased UK Jan 2021 with Snapdragon 865 processor, so should report dual frequency GNSS signals (higher accuracy GPS), only shows L1/E1/B1 signals. Can anyone suggest where the problem lies?

I've just got the s20 fe 5g a few days ago having already sent one back. my new sim card won't work in slot 1 but it will work in slot 2 but having to use slot 2, I cant use my memory card

I have Canadian Samsung S20 FE 5G, 128 GB version, model SM-G781W, with snapdragon 865, and dual frequency GNSS is not working. Running Android 10.
