Good Morning / Afternoon all. New to this forum with a question.
My wife and I are a duo, entertaining in residential homes mainly. We use backing tracks we purchase that are MP3. We currently use a media player 1U rack-mountable we mount on a metal stand on stage. The output goes via 2 balanced XLR into our Bose digital mixer with analogue inputs. What I would like to do is use a tablet with suitable live music software instead that can output a digital signal so i can go straight into the USB input of the Bose mixer. This could hopefully give a little bit better audio quality and also cut down on the media player and the stand that we have to carry around. Are there any tablets that can output a digital signal via the USBc connector or what ever connector is used.
