my advanced bookcase cover keyboard cover was delivered  inadequately packaged from source Samsung.co.uk ( advanced keyboard bookcase cover offer when purchasing S8 ultra pre order )

  I could feel  this through the micro thin plastic covering the shop display keyboard box had been squashed.

Having opened the display box (recorded) the items are warped banana shaped both keyboard and rear cover stand. The display box has visible sign i felt through the thin delivery plastic of crushing.

could i have some assistance to return for replacement please

If you ordered from Samsung go to My Orders page and you should be able to initiate a return from there, assuming your still within the return window.
