Hello,

 

Dolby Atmos works on administrator account but is grayed out on multi-user non-administrator account.

 

Why is that?

Hi, writing from August 2022. The problem is still here. In multi-user setup on Galaxy Tab S6 Lite (2020), any other account than admin cannot enable dolby atmos in settings. Does anyone have an idea why? Also, why is it not mentioned in user manual / specs/ etc. ?

I consider this a significant restriction, as Dolby Atmos is advertised as one of the major selling points.

If this is a licensing problem, I'd agree to disabling Dolby Atmos for admin account and enabling it for the second user account, but I've tried and it doesn't help.
