Yeah, I've checked play store And Galaxy store, I only found apps by "GoodLock Labs"

@TaylorJayson  Good lock is not compatible with A series Tablets.   

you can customise  Home Screen,wallpapers, widgets for instance,some information here https://www.samsung.com/ca/support/mobile-devices/galaxy-tablet-customize-the-home-screens/
