if there are any mucicans that can tell me if i can use Guitar Plugins on my samsung galaxy s8 plus tablet?

I would say definitely if you can do it from a phone. I use an interface with my guitar on my mobile sometimes but mainly use my ipad pro

but to use a plugin called neural dsp i wanted to see if i would be able to use it on my tablet as the tablets are now practicley a computer these days now

That's true especially ipads they are the ones that have that power unfortunately samsung are far behind them for now so tbh I'm not so sure now. Search on the Internet if anyone else has been using that particular plug in on the tablet you have is the best thing I can personally recommend. I'm sure someone has done it.

There are manuals online that can help you do that. You’re not the first one looking for a solution to this issue, and there are ways to connect your guitar to your Android phone and use Plugins there. The good thing about Android OS is that it’s flexible, and anyone can do with it whatever they want. It’s the main reason, probably, why I choose Android and not iOS.
I’m not a huge guitar player myself, but I have an electric guitar my father gave me for my 16 birthdays. It’s still shiny and has beautifully decorated guitar tuning knobs. I play it occasionally when I’m in the mood.
