Try restting your tablet. If that doesn't work then you should have it checked. Im sure other members might be able to.help you.

I haven't had any updates on my wifi TabS5e since I bought in in the UK a year ago.
When I try to update the software. I get an error saying network or server error - try again!
I wondeer, has anybody had any updates since July 2019?
Spent an hour on the support chat line with Samsung this afternoon and they can't tell me if there have been any updates for my particular device.
Feel like doing a factory reset - will that help?

I did a factory reset and it fixed the issue of connecting to the server, but, sadly, still no update to the new android version. Still says software is up to date with the June 2019 version!! Which it clearly isn't.
