A11 TAB Volume not working

Recently I purchased a Tab A11. The problem is that every time I start the tablet or close an application, the speaker volume seems to stay at about 80% (even when it shows 100%). For example, if I use Google Assistant, Gemini, or any other, and ask something, the response comes out at around 80% volume even though it’s set to maximum. I have to lower the volume to 0 and then raise it back to maximum for it to sound at 100%. This happens with any application. It’s quite annoying, especially with the assistant, because at 80%, the response is barely audible for someone like me who has hearing problems. Is there any solution? Thanks

Hi there and welcome to the community.

Go to settings > sounds and vibration > volume > 3 dot in the corner > media volume limit check if this setting is on if it is turn it off

Thanks, but unfortunately, it was already off. It seems to be a software problem. Not sure where to report it.
