My tab s7 plus arrived on 7th January and I immediately noticed the green display at low brightness 120Hz . I contacted technical support who asked me to visit the customer service center in Milan. On my visit on 11th, they acknowledged the problem and asked me to call Samsung shop for a replacement. I followed the instructions and after about 7 calls and 10s of emails, my replacement status as of right now is wrongly shown as a return. I have tried clearing the misunderstanding and the last word from Samsung officials was to refuse the first courier and give the tab to the second one. Today is the 15th, and there has been no word or contact from Samsung. However, upon signing in to my account, the problem is still indicated as a RETURN !!!
I have been juggled between the customer service centers, technical support, and the Samsung shop helpline. But after 8 days of this mess, there is still no word.
Moreover, the Xbox game pass promo hangs in the balance as the bad service plays out!
The one major thing to mention is that most of the operators in the call centers do not speak English at all !!
Seriously come on !! They say that they will ask someone to call you back which never happens!
Lastly, a brand that charges such a premium price for its devices has the worst service . The returns and replacement and general customer service are handled way better by Apple. I am really disappointed with Samsung here.

I'm truly sorry to hear about the issue you are expeciencing.
The indication RETURN is probably due to the single operation, the one of sending back the item prior to reciving the new one as a replacement, but for clearing this out I would like to recommend you to discuss this with the commercial department: they are the only ones to perform a check on the sistem about it.
Also, I would like you to reassure that our staff is perfecty capable to assist our customers dealing in English; maybe you just got into an exception, although this is not a justification.
