Android phone  top right are wifi/bleutooth/signal strength notifications which are always standard black. Is it possible with new updates that they can change colour? For instance good wifi signal green colour and loss of wifi signal turns red colour.

Same ,but bleu colour ,for bleutooth. Signal strength varies from green(good) to red(loss ).

I think that helps the phone user to prevent extra phone /data charges to provider
