I feel it would be nice if we had the option to toggle whether the volume control UI appears on the left or right side of of the screen similar to what was offered in the Sound Assistant Good Lock module on Android 10.
Personally I think it makes more sense to have it on the left since Note10(+)'s volume keys and side key are on the left hand side of the phone. I also tend to hold the phone in my left hand so it would make one handed usability a little easier but I appreciate not everyone does the same so I feel like the user should be able to choose similar to the edge panel handle.
I'm probably the only one who feels like this but can't do any harm with throwing it out there haha.
Thanks for responding. Yeah I can still download SoundAssistant but the options to modify the volume panel seem to have been removed from it since the update.
I personally dislike the side volume settings. I don't necessarily dislike the design, I dislike the location. I prefer it to be at the top. It also does not work with Samsung Sound Assistant which gives the option to change from Sero to Classic and also the position. This has absolutely no effect on the phone. When attempting to change the color I get kicked to the app's settings instead of the option to change color. I don't care about the color but it is something that I noticed. Being able to change position as well as the compatibility with the Samsung Sound Assistant are my main concerns.
